Treatment Without Barriers
Omni Resource Services, Inc. is proud to introduce our innovative "Treatment without Barriers" program, designed to provide accessible and effective care to individuals dealing with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental and behavioral health issues. This program embraces harm reduction protocols and aims to meet clients wherever they are in their journey, both physically and metaphorically.
Our Programs & Services
Primary Care
Our providers deliver comprehensive medical care for adults and families, including routine checkups, sick visits, chronic condition follow-up, physical exams, labs, and preventive screenings. We focus on building long-term wellness through consistent, personalized care.
Chronic Care Management (CCM)
Clients living with diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart disease, liver disease, cancer, or stroke receive ongoing support through customized care plans, medication coordination, frequent follow-up, and monitoring. Our team ensures symptoms are managed early and effectively.
Substance Use Disorder Treatment (MAT/MOUD & OBOT)
We offer a full outpatient recovery program that includes medication-assisted treatment, counseling, relapse-prevention planning, peer support, and harm reduction integration. Clients are supported from the first visit through long-term recovery.
Harm Reduction Services
We promote safety and health through overdose prevention, naloxone access, safer-use education, and linkage to health services. Harm reduction ensures individuals receive support without stigma or judgment.
Case Management & Navigation
Our team helps clients access specialty providers, insurance assistance, housing resources, transportation, food supports, and other essential services. We ensure no one is left to navigate complex systems alone.
Wellness & Education Programs
We offer group classes, chronic disease workshops, lifestyle coaching, and recovery-focused sessions. Education and skill-building help clients make sustainable changes toward healthier living.
Women’s Health
We provide reproductive and preventive services including family planning, STI testing, breast and cervical health screenings, and wellness care. Services are compassionate, confidential, and tailored to the needs of women at every life stage.
Preventive Health
We help clients stay ahead of illness with immunizations, early detection screenings, annual wellness exams, lifestyle counseling, and health risk assessments. Preventive care is designed to maintain health and reduce avoidable complications over time.
Behavioral Health
Our behavioral health professionals provide individual therapy, psychiatric support, emotional wellness care, and treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. Services are trauma-informed and tailored to each client’s personal goals and needs.
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
We help clients stay ahead of illness with immunizations, early detection screenings, annual wellness exams, lifestyle counseling, and health risk assessments. Preventive care is designed to maintain health and reduce avoidable complications over time.
Community Health Workers (CHWs)
CHWs provide hands-on support through home visits, outreach, transportation assistance, hospital follow-up, appointment coordination, and navigation of housing, benefits, and social resources. They serve as a vital bridge between the clinic and the community.
Infectious Disease Services (HIV, Hep C, Hep B)
Our behavioral health professionals provide individual therapy, psychiatric support, emotional wellness care, and treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. Services are trauma-informed and tailored to each client’s personal goals and needs.
Telehealth
Telehealth appointments allow clients to meet with medical, behavioral health, or MAT providers remotely. This flexible option increases access and helps clients stay engaged in care from home or work.
