Treatment Without
        Barriers

Omni Resource Services, Inc. is proud to introduce our innovative "Treatment without Barriers" program, designed to provide accessible and effective care to individuals dealing with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental and behavioral health issues. This program embraces harm reduction protocols and aims to meet clients wherever they are in their journey, both physically and metaphorically.

Harm Reduction Approach:

Our program is rooted in harm reduction principles,
focusing on minimizing the negative consequences of substance use rather than
demanding immediate abstinence. This compassionate approach respects the dignity and
autonomy of each client.

Comprehensive Assessments:

Licensed therapists conduct thorough assessments to understand each clients' unique needs and circumstances, laying the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

Multidisciplinary Support Team:

Our clients benefit from the support of a diverse
team, including:
o Targeted Case Managers
o Therapists
o Peer Support Specialists
o Community Health Workers
o Community Support Associates
o Provider Care and Education

Outreach-Based Service Delivery:

We bring our services directly to clients, meeting
them in their communities, homes, or any safe location. This outreach model ensures that
those who face barriers to accessing traditional treatment can still receive the care they
need.

Integrated Health Referrals:

Clients are referred to public health clinics for a wide
range of services, including education, primary care, mental and behavioral health care,
and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) or Medications for Opioid Use Disorder
(MOUD).

Educational Classes at KyHRC Health and Wellness Lounge:

We offer a variety of
educational classes to empower clients with knowledge and skills. Topics include:
o Sexual Health and Wellness
o Wound Care

o Naloxone (Narcan) Training
o Mental Health Issues and Treatment
o Crisis Intervention
o Self Defense
